If you've had the pleasure of traveling through New Mexico in the fall - the distinct smell of green chile being roasted in parking lots and backyards fill the air. We take it so seriously that fire-roasted green chile is the official state aroma!

Bring your spiciest friend for a Hatch green chile roast complete with New Mexican fare (food and drinks). Each guest will learn about the roasting process, how to store the chile's and take a little bit of New Mexico home in the form of 1 pound of roasted chile.
